I’m Nissi Ozigbu, founder of The Growth Hut.

I help leaders, change professionals, and business owners strengthen their influence — so their expertise translates into commercial results.

My work is grounded in over 15 years of experience leading complex organisational change across global corporates, government, and high-growth environments. I understand how behaviour shifts at scale, how decisions are shaped inside systems, and how trust is built, or eroded, long before outcomes are visible.

Today, I apply those principles in three connected ways.

First, I develop strategic change leaders, professionals who want to move beyond delivery and shape decisions, direction, and long-term capability inside organisations.

Second, I work with founders and independent experts to make their value legible. Not louder. Clearer. So clients commit earlier, sales cycles shorten, and reputation compounds.

Third, through The Growth Hut, I help businesses increase revenue, protect margins, and scale by applying behaviour change and systems thinking to how people buy, decide, and lead.
